Using Computer Numerical Controlled (CNC) machine tools combined with the latest cutting tool technology, we efficiently and precisely remove material from metal or plastic raw stock to create three-dimensional objects to exacting tolerances. Whether round or flat components, the high level of CNC repeatability allows us to efficiently produce runs of 10 to 10,000 with virtually zero variation from part-to-part.
The Elco team will work with any form of part specifications you provide us, from a napkin sketch or physical sample to a CAD solid model. We will review your specs to determine the best processes, ask questions and make recommendations when warranted, and then program and tool up our machines to efficiently produce the components you need, just the way you need them, delivered exactly when you need them.
